BY [ RESPONDENT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, CCIW CID, COIMBATORE, COIMBATORE DISTRICT.

(CRIME NO.2/2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30am until further orders imposed in Crl.M.P.No.7959/2020 in Crl.O.P.No.11176/2020, dated 17.12.2020 and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S C.PRAKASAM, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOPINATH Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 17.12.2020 in Crl.MP.No.7959 of 2020 in Crl.OP.No.11176 of 2020 modified the conditions imposed by the petitioner. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 17.12.2020 alone stands modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. All other conditions remain unaltered.
