ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents would submit that petitioner has been posted in a Government Hospital, Madurandagam.
2. When this Court expressed that since petitioner's grievance has been redressed, nothing survives for further adjudication, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. Recording the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs.
