Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code praying to direct the respondents to give adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and property in compliance with the judgment dated 09.07.2013 made in S.A.No.2108 of 2004, by taking action on his complaint dated 14.02.2015 in view of the decision of this Court reported in 2014 (2) CTC 695. This petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondents to give adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and property in compliance with the judgment dated 09.07.2013 made in S.A.No.2108 of 2004, by taking action on his complaint dated 14.02.2015 in view of the decision of this Court reported in 2014 (2) CTC 695.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-Police submitted that necessary police protection will be given to the petitioner if necessity arises.
