ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to relax the condition fully imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.17417 of 2024 in Crl.OP.No.24512 of 2024 order dated 09.12.2024, the order was modified as the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of one week and thereafter on the first and third Saturday of every Month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the aforementioned condition regularly.

3. Considering the above submission, the aforementioned condition imposed against the petitioner is totally relaxed and this petition is allowed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
