PRAYER Writ petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the issuance of writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider and dispose the petitioners representation/complaint which was sent on 26.12.2024 in accordance with law and to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to waive the remaining loan amount, which was borrowed by the petitioner son namely K.Suriyan vide loan account No.FSTNLALONS000005135430 and further direct them to return the documents which were submitted by the petitioners son at the time of borrowing loan amount and pass orders. ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation / complaint made by the petitioner on 26.12.2024 and to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to waive the remaining loan amounts which was borrowed by the petitioner's son and further direct the respondents to return the documents which were submitted by the petitioner's son at the time of borrowing loan amount.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to deal with the representation / complaint made by the petitioner on 26.12.2024 on its merits and in accordance with law after affording an opportunity to respondents 2 and 3 and a final decision shall be taken by the 1st respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
