ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for forbearing the respondents 3 to 6 from implementing the works without preparing a suitable village action plan based on the actual requirements and need of the habitation in the Devanur Village Panchayat, Andimadam Panchayat Union, Ariyalur District and consequently directing the respondents to implement the works in JJM Scheme strictly in accordance with the guidelines issued under G.O.(Ms.)No.111 dated 16.06.2020 by the

Government of Tamil Nadu.

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and nothing survive in this petition.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no orders as to costs.
