This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondents to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 19.06.2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the complaint dated 19.06.2014 given by the petitioner to the Commissioner of Police has been sent to the Sub https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Inspector of Police, R-6, Kumaran Nagar Police Station, Kumaran Nagar, Chennai.

The Sub Inspector of Police, Kumaran Nagar, Chennai is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint, given by the petitioner and if such has not been received, the petitioner is directed to give a copy of the complaint to the said Sub Inspector of Police and on receipt of the same, shall conduct enquiry and take action, in accordance with law.

5. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
