(Crime No. 04 of 2020) Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to relax the conditions imposed by this Hon'ble Court in connection with its order dated 03.08.2020 in Crl.O.P. No.11568 of 2020 directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police station everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11568 of 2020 dated 03.08.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seek for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Cr.O.P.No.11568 of 2020 dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

03.08.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday and every Friday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
