Prayer: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to relax the condition that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of one week and thereafter, every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders" as ordered in Crl.O.P.No.10825 of 2020 dated 14.08.2020 against Crime No.31 of 2020 dated 05.03.2020 on the file of the Station House Officer, Grand Bazar Police Station, Pondicherry. ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of one week and thereafter, every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further order as ordered in Crl.O.P.No.10825 of 2020 dated 14.08.2020.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
