The petitioner herein apprehending harassment at the hands of the 3rd respondent police is before this Court seeking protection. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that since the current petition pending against him, the petitioner has approached this Court alleging harassment. However, the complaint received for cheating and alleged land grabbing, registered in C.S.R.No.296 of 2024 on 12.06.2024. The petitioner may be called for enquiry to ascertain the veracity of the complaint. 3.

If the respondent police intend to enquire the petitioner herein, they shall do so in accordance with law after causing notice as per the procedure of the Code. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
