ORDER

The present application has been filed to grant leave to sue the 1st to 6th and 10th to 14th respondents/ defendants who reside outside the jurisdiction of this Court.

2. Heard the learned Senior Counsel for the applicant.

3. Learned Senior Counsel for the applicant would submit that the respondents 1 to 6 and 10 to 14 are residing outside the jurisdiction of this Court. He would further submit that

the entire cause of action for the suit had arisen before this Court and that the applicant had earlier filed a suit against the respondents 5, 7 & 14 seeking for various reliefs with regard to the trade secretes of the plaintiff which is also involved in this suit, in which an order of injunction had been granted against the respondents therein, which has also been extended till the disposal of the suit. Violating the said injunction, the said respondents in the said suit had been carrying on business violating the trade secretes of the plaintiff through the other respondents. Therefore, he would seek leave of this Court to sue the respondents/ defendants who are residing outside the jurisdiction of this court. He would also request this Court to list the other application where he had sought for combining of cause of action together with the suit.

4.I have considered the submissions made by the learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant and perused the materials available on record. 5.Since, already this Court has seized the matter as against some of the respondents for a similar relief and that the present suit is seeking for further relief against various other third parties who have alleged to have been passed on the trade secretes by the respondents therein. At least the part of cause of action had arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court and therefore, the leave to sue as prayed for is granted. As a corollary, the Registry is directed to number other applications including the application for combining the cause of
