This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.4 of 2024, pending investigation on the file of the All Women Police Station, Sathyamangalam, Erode.

The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent states that on completion of investigation, the respondent police has collected material for proceeding against the petitioner regarding cognizable offence and therefore, final report filed on 26.06.2024 before the Judicial Magistrate, Sathyamangalam, Erode.
