[Order of the Court was made by S.S. SUNDAR, J.] This Court has directed payment of a sum of Rs.7,50,000/- by order dated 08.02.2024 in W.A.No.3470 of 2023. The 1st respondent in the Writ Appeal has now filed the present application for withdrawal of the said amount of Rs.7,50,000/- deposited by the appellants in the Writ Appeal on the file of this Court pursuant to the directions of this Court. 2.Even as per the order dated 08.02.2024, the money has to be paid to the petitioner/1st respondent in the Writ Appeal, who is the writ petitioner. This application is not opposed by the appellants in the Writ Appeal who were directed to deposit the said amount. Therefore, this petition is ordered and the petitioner herein/1st respondent in the Writ Appeal is permitted to withdraw the entire amount of Rs.7,50,000/- deposited on the file of this Court in W.A.No.3470 of 2023, with interest, if any.
