This petition is to implead the Tahsildar, Mettupalayam, Coimbatore, as the second respondent in the above writ petition.

2. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the impleading petition, this petition is ordered and the Tahsildar, Mettupalayam, Coimbatore is impleaded as the second respondent in the writ petition.

3. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.
