Prayer: Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.04.2021, consequently direct the respondent to refund the said sum of Rs.2,01,95,800/- paid towards premium FSI Charges vide receipt No.B008009 dated 30.08.2018 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.04.2021 and refund a sum of Rs.2,01,95,800/- paid towards premium FSI Charges vide receipt No.B008009 dated 30.08.2018 within a time fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the respondent rejected the representation of the petitioner vide order dated 07.09.2021.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
