These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 2630 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant, T.M.Mara Naicker in the above second appeal ; to set aside the abatement ; and to bring on record the petitioners herein as legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant namely, T.M.Mara Naicker in the above second appeal and array them as appellants 2 and 3 in the above second appeal in S.A.No.961 of 2014.

2. Having regard to the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the petition to condone the delay, this Court is convinced that the petitioners have given satisfactory reasons to condone the delay.
