Prayer in both W.Ps: Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the third respondent herein in his proceedings PEN 30/1-74/17-18 dated 10.08.2017 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to grant the petitioner's Grade Pay of Rs.4200/- and Rs.4400/- as per the order of the Government in Govt. Letter No.63305/pay cell/2010-1 dated 08.11.2010 and the order of the Head of the Department in Chief Engineer (Gen) Letter No.S4(4)/31640/2014 dated 09.10.2014 and disburse the petitioner's pay arrears including the pay commission arrears.
