When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is submitted that on 07.06.2024, this Court has referred this matter to the mediation and the mediation report is also received.

2. Upon perusal of the mediation report received, there was an agreement dated 05.07.2024 between both the parties hereto state that they have no further claim or demands against each other and all the disputes and differences in this regard have been amicably settled by the parties.

3. Recording the same, this criminal original petition is closed.
