The learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing for a while, seeks the leave of this Court to withdraw the civil revision petition as there is a provision for appeal to the Intellectual Property Appellate Board and that liberty to approach the Board by way of an appeal may be granted. An endorsement to that effect has been made. The endorsement is recorded.
