(CR.NO.13 OF 2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition made in Crl.O.P.No. 13583 of 2022 dated 13.06.2022 that the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand) with two blood related sureties , each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Principal Special Court for Exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, Salem and pass such further or other orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.13583 of 2022 on 13.06.2022, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two ordinary sureties instead of the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with blood sureties.
