This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 06.30 p.m. until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.1081 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.30144 of 2024 dated 28.01.2025.

2.Heard the learned counsel for petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation.

4.Considering the submissions made on either side and finding that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions diligently, the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 06.30 p.m., is totally relaxed. All other conditions remain unaltered.
