The applicant in A.No.2468 of 2022 seeks an extension of time for submission of documents as sought for by the Hon'ble Judge Commissioner.

2.The application is clearly misconceived, since the direction for submission of records by the applicant School has been made by the Hon'ble Judge Commissioner and hence any request for extension or other directions as may be necessary are to be sought for, only from her.

3.In light of the aforesaid position, this application is dismissed.
