O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent Police to provide necessary Police protection to the life and liberty of the petitioner and her family members from the second and third respondent.

2. The main grievances of the petitioner is that the petitioner's daughter is a minor girl and the second respondent had repeatedly abducted the minor girl. Hence, he seeks police protection.

3. Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner's daughter, who is 16 years had voluntarily went to the second respondent house repeatedly. He further submitted that the second respondent only produced the girl to the police station. Thereafter, the girl was secured.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner's daughter is voluntarily trying to move from the home and further there is no threat as alleged by the petitioner, this Court cannot issue any blanket order for police protection. However, it is for the petitioner to keep the minor daughter in safe place.
