This case came up for settlement before the Lok Adalat. Both the parties are present. Mr.Senthilkumar, party-in-person for the plaintiff and the Mr.L.J.Vengatesh, learned counsel for the defendant are present.

TERMS OF SETTLEMENT The plaintiff and defendant are present.

The learned counsel for the defendant is also present. The plaintiff appears as party- inperson.

2. The memo of settlement filed the same is recorded. It reads as follows:- "The above matter is settled out-ofCourt. Hence, it is prayed that the case be dismissed as withdrawn and Court-Fee be returned to the Plaintiff and thus render justice."

3. In view of the memo of settlement the above C.S.No.156 of 2007 is disposed off accordingly.

4. The plaintiff appears as party-inperson. Hence refund of court fee be issued in the name of the plaintiff and the same shall be identified by the counsel for the defendant namely L.J.Vengatesh.

This Lok Adalat award is passed in terms of the above settlement.

The full Court fee paid shall be refunded to the plaintiff in the manner provided under Section 69-A of the Tamil Nadu Court-Fees and Suits Valuation Act, 1955 and the Court Fees Act, 1870 as

provided for under sub Sec.1 of Section 21 r/w 25 of LSA Act 1987 as amended in 1994.
