This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C praying to direct the respondent/police to register the petitioner's complaint dated 18.09.2012 immediately which is pending with them for more than a year and to proceed against the accused as per law and to file charge sheet/the final report in the concerned Magistrate Court and punish the accused in the manner known to law.

3. A bare reading of the complaint informs commission of cognizable offence. Respondent is directed to register a case on the complaint of petitioner and cause investigation thereupon as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
