ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent for the offences punishable under Sections 454, 457, 380 of IPC, in Crime No.548 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner broke open the house door of the defacto complainant and committed theft of 8 grams chain, 12 gram kammal and a cash of Rs.2,000/-. Hence, the case.

drl custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required and sought for anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police, while opposing the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, reiterated the prosecution case and on instructions submitted that there are 13 previous cases against the petitioner and all the cases are similar in nature.

5. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police. 6.Considering the nature of allegations, the bad antecedents of the petitioner this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
