O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by S.Manikumar,J) After making submissions, Mr.D.Krishna Pradeep, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a sum of Rs.20 lakhs (Rupees Twenty lakhs), as directed by the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Chennai, would be deposited, if time is extended by another six weeks, from today.

2. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is placed on record.

3. Order, dated 16/6/2017, of the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Chennai, is modified, by extending the time, to make pre-deposit of Rs.20 lakhs, with the Registrar of the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Chennai. On such deposit being made within the stipulated time and memo filed, Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Chennai, is directed to take up A.I.R.No.693 of 2015.

4. With the above modification, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
