This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.5313 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.31450 of 2019 on 07.09.2020 to appear before the respondent police on the first working day of Every Month until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
