ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

2.Already the petitioner has filed suit in O.S.No.175 of 2014 on the file of the Principal District Court, Namakkal for declaration that the sale deed executed by Velmurugan, the petitioner's husband's first wife's son in favour of defendants 2 to 6 and for partition. Hence, the petitioner has to seek her remedy only through civil court and no criminal offence is made out. Hence, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
