Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of habeas corpus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the petitioner's daughter Kausalya, aged about 19 years before this Court and set her at liberty.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner, who is the mother of the detenue-Kausalya, has filed the present Habeas Corpus Petition seeking to direct respondents 1 and 2 to produce the petitioner's daughter before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. Today, the detenue and the third respondent are present. As there is no change in the stand of the detenue and she being a major, we do not find any illegal detention. Thus, she is set at liberty. Our efforts at mediation, we may note that it did not yield any fruitful result and thus, we do not wish to proceed any further.
3. In such view of the matter, the Habeas Corpus Petitions stands dismissed.
