No.1098 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No. 29154 of 2019 order dated 29.01.2020.

ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e. On 1st day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed in Crl.M.P.No.1098 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.29154 of 2019 dated 29.01.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seek for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No. 1098 of 2020 in Cr.O.P.No.29154 of 2019 dated 29.01.2020 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent as and when required for interrogation.
