ORDER
This Contempt petition is filed alleging non-compliance of the order and direction issued by this Court in WP.No.21959 of 2021 dated 20.10.2021.
2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that pursuant to the order of this Court, dated 20.10.2021, the petitioner's land was surveyed and found that land to an extent of 824 sq.fts. is only found instead of 1542 sq.fts. Hence, the petitioner was allotted with an alternative plot 8-A in Block No.8 measuring an extent of 1620 sq.fts. which is also accepted by the petitioner. The learned Standing Counsel has also filed an affidavit dated 01.04.2023 to that effect. 2/4
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner by producing a letter dated 06.10.2022 from the Chief Executive Officer, Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority, admitted that the order of this Court is complied with.
4. Recording the submissions of learned counsels appearing on either side, this contempt petition is closed.
