C.M.P.No.12142 of 2019 is filed to condone the delay of 210 days in representing the above CMA . C.M.P.No.12145 of 2019 is filed to condone the delay of 204 days in paying deficit Court fee of Rs.1200/- in the above CMA .

2.Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the delay of 210 & 204 days is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees one thousand only) to 'Kaakkum Karangal' (Old age Home) at No.212/54, Amman Kovil Street (near chicken market), Parrys, Chennai 600 001. [Cell No.9840068800/ 9840068889], within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, these petitions shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court.

These Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered accordingly.
