(CRIME NO.6/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders imposed in Para 5(e) of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.10660/2021 dated 28.06.2021 in Crime No.6/2021 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S R.THIRUMOORTHY, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 28.06.2021, this Court had enlarged the petitioner on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Addl. Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 28.06.2021 alone stands modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police, as and when required and thereafter, shall appear before the concerned trial Court on each and every date of hearing.
