(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.2554 of 2020 dated 26.02.2020 that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police fortnightly i.e on first and fifteenth of every month at 10.30 a.m., 2.30 p.m., and 05.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. Today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner did not comply the condition imposed on him by order dated 26.02.2020.
