(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.14355 of 2020 dated 15.09.2020, that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that A4 has not complied with the condition. He would further submit that A1, A2 & A3 have complied with the conditions from 19.09.2020 till 28.09.2020. thereafter, they did not comply with the conditions.

4.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
