Writ petition No.30537 of 2004 filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for all the records concerning the starting of a new course MBA and BE Mechanical Engineering and quash the impugned order Lr.No.AU/CEP/Affln./SVCET/2004-05 dated 13.10.2004 issued by the second respondent refusing to grant Affiliation to the petitioner Institution Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering and Technology, Thirupachur, Thiruvallur Taluk & District 631 203 for the year 2004-2005 and consequently direct the second respondent to grant Affiliation to enable the
petitioner to commence the additional course of MBA programme and BE Mechanical Course as approved by the AICTE for the year 2004-2005.
Writ petition No.30538 of 2004 filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, to quash the letter No.AU/VC/GC/2004 dated 05.10.2004 issued by the second respondent requiring to constitute Governing Councils to monitor the development of the institutions, as being violative of Articles 14, 29 and 30 of the Constitution of India besides being over stepping jurisdiction, arbitrary, irregular excises of power and contrary to the dictum laid down by the Apex Court of India.
