Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition para 6(b) imposed on the petitioner while granting bail in Crl.OP.11682/2022 pending investigation in Crime No.2/2022 on the file of the respondent Police.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.P.VIJAYARAGAVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.V.Balamurugane Public Prosecutor for Pondicherry on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11682 of 2022 on 23.05.2022 to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
