ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the 3 rd respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 11.04.2025 wherein the petitioner has objected to conducting the survey in the subject property.

Heard Mr.S.C.Vishwanth, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 3. 3.

In the considered view of this Court, it will suffice if a direction is given to the respondents 2 and 3 to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 11.04.2025, on its own merits and in accordance with law, as and when any application is submitted for conducting the survey of the subject property and the respondents shall take a decision.
