ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents police to provide police protection by considering the representation of the petitioner made on 21.05.2019.

2. A reading of the complaint clearly shows that there is a landlord and tenant dispute and the rival party is not repaying back the amount as promised in the agreement and is also not vacating the premises. When the same is questioned, the petitioner is attacked by the said persons.

3. The 3rd respondent police is directed to enquire the complaint dated 24.04.2019 given by the petitioner and conduct an enquiry and see if the matter can be resolved between the parties. If the 3rd respondent police comes to a conclusion that the dispute is Civil in nature and the parties are not resolving the dispute, the parties shall be relegated to the appropriate forum in order to work out their remedy.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
