Prayer : Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the records relating to the detention order in Memo No.370/BCDFGISSSV/2024, dated 16.04.2024 passed by the second respondent under the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the petitioner's Son Naresh Kumar S/o.Kathiravan aged about 23 years the detenue, now confined in Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai, before this Court and set him at liberty. 2. Recording the said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
