ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 09.02.2024.

2. It is the grievance of the writ petitioner that while carrying out the 1/4

entries in the revenue record, some mistake has crept in. In this regard, he has given a representation to set it right on 09.02.2024, however, the same is pending without consideration. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.02.2024 and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. 2/4
