Petition for relaxation of condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.4591 of 2015 dated 03.03.2015.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions scrupulously.

3. The learned Special Public Prosecutor for Customs submitted that the investigation is not over and thus, he oppose to relax the condition.

Considering the facts and circumstances and taking note of the fact that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions promptly, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4591 of 2015 dated 03.03.2015 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every month of First Monday and Third Monday at 10.30a.m. until further orders.
