This Petition has been filed under Section 482 Criminal Procedure Code, seeking a direction upon the respondent not to harass the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for petitioner.

3. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner earlier has filed Crl.O.P.No.3360 of 2015 for the very same relief and that petition was closed after recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that a case in Crime No.254 of 2015 was registered on the complaint given by one Arumugam and in connection with the said case, the police wanted to examine the petitioner.

4. Hence, no further order is required, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
