This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to take necessary action against the fourth respondent to operate the bus route No.15 assigned to the town bus bearing registration number TN 42 J 0015 from Tirupur bus stand to Vengipalayam Via. Koduvoi as per the order in his proceeding in Na.Ka.No.33287/A2/2017 dated 20.09.2017.

It is stated by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 that the learned counsel for the petitioner is no more. He further submitted that pursuant to the order dated 15.11.2017 action was taken and fine also imposed and collected.

In such view of the matter, the authorities may monitor regularly to find out if there is any violation. As the order has been complied, this Writ Petition is closed.
