Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 3 to 5 to evict the encroachment as found in land falling in buffer portion of Survey No.403/1B and Survey No.404 at Lakshmi Narayanapuram Village Mathurantakam Taluk Chengalpattu District which is classified Maduvu being a water body as per revenue records which is directed by the 1st respondent for necessary action in letter No.25593/ N1/ 2021-1 dated 13-12-2021 within a time-frame.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition after finding out the person who is said to have encroached the land in question and after getting the survey of the land, so as to determine the boundaries.
2. The writ petition is dismissed with the liberty as prayed for. There will be no order as to costs.
