We are informed that an identical issue is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court in S.L.P.No.31042 of 2012.

2. The learned counsel for the parties jointly submitted that interest of justice would be subserved in case the appeals are posted after the disposal of S.L.P.No.31042 of 2012.

3. Post the matter along with W.A.No.1735 of 2012 after the disposal of S.L.P.No.31042 of 2012.

4. It is open to the parties to make a mention before this Court for an early hearing of the appeal after the disposal of S.L.P.No.31042 of 2012.
