This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 19.05.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.11657 of 2022 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, PEW Villupuram Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation. Further, the petitioner is directed to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, on or before 18.07.2022, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled.
