ORDER
By consent of learned counsel on both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The present writ petition has been filed praying for a writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to restore service connection to changeover-switch for SC.No.411-012-57 with adequate police protection from the 2nd respondent based on the representation dated 21.04.2025.
3. At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner seeking restoration of service connection to changeover-switch for SC No.411-012-57. He would further submit that representation to restore the service connection for a well situated on agricultural land would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed after issuing notice to petitioner, co-sharers and any other interested parties, within a time period to be stipulated by this Court. Agreed to by the learned counsel for petitioner.
4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to conduct an enquiry after issuing notices to the petitioner, co-sharers, after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioners
and other interested persons, on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of uploading of web copy without waiting for receipt of certified copy of the order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views with regard to the merits of the case and it is open to the concerned respondent to consider the case on its own merits and in accordance with law.
