(CRIME NO.505 OF 2018) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition that the petitioner may appear before the PEW Villupuram Police Station daily at 10.30.a.m for period of two weks or any other police station instead of the petitioner shall report before the PEW Ulundhurpet Police Station daily at 10.30.a.m for period of two weeks imposed by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.OP.No.11678/2022 dated 18.05.2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.SASIKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate(Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.11678 of 2022 on 18.05.2022, to report before PEW Villupuram Police Station daily at 10.30. a.m for a period of two weeks or any other police station instead of to report before the PEW Ulundhurpet Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the PEW Villupuram Police Station daily at 10.30. a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation and time already granted by this Court is extended till 15.07.2022. -sd/- 04/07/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
